1. Introduction Welcome to VEST, a platform provided by RAW Holdings Pty Ltd. These terms and conditions govern your use of VEST. By accessing or using VEST, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our privacy policy, and any additional terms to which you may be subject as a result of your use of VEST.

2. Use of VEST You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use VEST for your personal, non-commercial use. Any commercial use of VEST is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from RAW Holdings Pty Ltd.

3. Content and User Conduct You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through VEST. You may not upload, post, or transmit content that:

• - Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party

• - Is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or offensive

• - Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code

• - Promotes illegal activities

You agree to use VEST only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not use VEST to engage in any activity that is fraudulent, harmful, or unethical.

1. Intellectual Property The content, design, and technology of VEST are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to RAW Holdings Pty Ltd. You may not use any content or material from VEST without express written permission from RAW Holdings Pty Ltd.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties RAW Holdings Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of VEST, or the information, content, materials, or products included on VEST. You acknowledge that your use of VEST is at your own risk.

3. Limitation of Liability RAW Holdings Pty Ltd will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of VEST, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

4. Modification of Terms RAW Holdings Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of VEST after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

5. Termination RAW Holdings Pty Ltd may terminate or suspend your use of VEST at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

6. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Queensland, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Queensland.
